The government approved these GST rates in the 47th meeting of the GST Council that took place last month in Chandigarh. The central government has approved 5% GST on daily use household products from 18th July 2022. You also have to pay 5% GST on meslin flour, dried makhana, puffed rice, fish and labelled meat.
