मधुबाबू पेंशन योजना जनवरी 2008 में ओडिशा सरकार के सामाजिक सुरक्षा और विकलांग व्यक्तियों के अधिकारिता विभाग द्वारा स्थापित की गई थी । यह योजना 1989 के संशोधित वृद्धावस्था पेंशन नियमों और 1985 के विकलांगता पेंशन नियमों को जोड़ती है। इस कार्यक्रम से लगभग 50 मिलियन आवेदकों को लाभ होगा।

मधुबाबू पेंशन योजना फॉर्म PDF – Eligibility Criteria
- The beneficiary should be a citizen of the state of Odisha.
- All persons with disabilities above the age of 5 years who are unable to perform their normal functions due to mental, or physical deformities.
- Leprosy patients of any age with physical deformity will be the beneficiaries of pension under the scheme.
- Older citizens of the BPL category of the state who are above 60 years of age will be able to get the benefit of a pension.
