| 1. | नंदना मातृका | नंदना मातृका शिशु को प्रथम दिन, प्रथम माह या प्रथम वर्ष में पीड़ित करती है। इसके प्रभाव से बालक माता का दूध नहीं पीता और निरंतर रोता रहता है। |
| 2. | सुनंदना मातृका | जन्म के दूसरे दिन, दूसरे माह, दूसरे वर्ष सुनंदना मातृका पीड़ित करती है, जिससे बालक सोता नहीं हैं, शरीर में कंपन होता है और वह दूध नहीं पीता। |
| 3. | पूतना मातृका | जन्म के तीसरे दिन, तीसरे माह, तीसरे वर्ष में बालक को पीड़ा देती है। इसके प्रभाव से बालक ऊपर की ओर टकटकी लगाकर देखता हैं मुट्ठियां बांधकर चिल्लाता है। |
