CIDCO Lottery 2022 - Description
Under this Gharkul Yojana of CIDCO Lottery 2022, PMAY-approved and RERA-registered affordable housing units are made available to citizens. CIDCO Lottery aims to provide low-cost housing to economically weaker sections (EWS) and general category home buyers.
Out of 5730 housing units available under CIDCO Lottery 2022, over 1524 rentals are available under EWS Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY). The remaining 42016 houses of CIDCO Lottery 2022 are available for general category home buyers.

CIDCO Lottery 2022 PDF- Eligibility Criteria
Each applicant must meet the following eligibility criteria to apply for the CIDCO Lottery by Maharashtra Government successfully. The criteria are:
- Permanent resident of Maharashtra
- Belong to EWS (Economical Weaker Section) or LIG (Lower-Income Group)
- For the EWS category, the applicant’s monthly income must be less than Rs.2 5000.
- For LIG category, the monthly income of the applicant must be between Rs. 25,000 and Rs. 50,000

- Step 1: Visit the official website of the CIDCO Lottery 2022 website
- Step 2: Enter your user ID and password to log in to your account. Enter Captcha and click Login
- Step 3: Select the result link page, and a new page will appear. On the new page, all the details will be displayed.
