Ayushman Card List UP 2022 PDF – Eligibility Criteria
- ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में कच्चा मकान होना चाहिए
- परिवार की मुखिया महिला होनी चाहिए
- परिवार में कोई ब्यक्ति विकलांग होना चाहिए कोई वयस्क 16-59 वर्ग की आयु का नही होना चाहिए
- ब्यक्ति मजदूरी करता हो
- मासिक आय 10000 से कम होनी चाहिए
- असहाय
- भूमिहीन
- इसके अलावा ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में ब्यक्ति बेघर, भीख मांगने वाला या बंधुआ मजदूरी कर रहा हो वो खुद ही आयुष्मान भारत योजना में शामिल हो जायेगा।
